Treasury and capital markets dealer Junior position

MAIN FUNCTION:

  • As a treasurer, you will be engaged in the bank’s daily operations and support the team in driving strategic decision-making.
  • This includes managing both short- and long-term liquidity, optimizing liabilities based on daily needs, revenue flows, and regulatory ratios.
  • Additionally, you will oversee the daily cash position, ensuring precise analysis and control of treasury liquidity, as well as the Fixed Income and Loan Portfolios.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES & DUTIES:

  • Manage the Bank’s Front Office as a Treasury trader.
  • Execute transactions in the Interbank Deposit and Foreign Exchange Markets.
  • Monitor and manage the bank’s fixed-income portfolio.
  • Oversee and control the various central accounts held by the bank.
  • Conduct operations with various banks and brokers in the capital markets.
  • Prepare treasury reports and proposals.
  • Assist senior management in developing and implementing new and existing treasury models in Excel, improving workflows and processes.
  • Collaborate with different departments to coordinate payments, deposits, and other transactions.
  • Manage and ensure compliance with regulatory ratios such as LCR and NSFR.

ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Business Administration or Economics
  • Master: International Finance, Financial Markets, Portfolio Management…

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: 

  • 1-3 years

  • IRIS system (RSI) desired but not needed.
