About This Opportunity
Join our specialized banking team as Senior Corporate Relationship Managerand become a pivotal part of our strategic growth initiative. In this role, you’ll leverage our unique positioning to develop lasting business relationships and create value for both our clients and our institution.
Main Responsibilities:
- Explore and develop business opportunities in local and international trade finance, lending and payments with target companies
- Build long-term relationships with corporate clients and develop a profitable assets portfolio
- Prepare annual client action plans and detailed performance reports
- Analyze market trends and develop insight knowledge of economic sectors
- Coordinate with product specialists to secure new mandates
- Proactively identify and engage new potential customers through market research
- Draft credit proposals and complete internal reviews using credit analysis tools
- Meet internal deadlines for presenting new proposals to the relevant credit committees
- Manage client relationships and represent Aresbank with customers, competitors, chambers of commerce, export associations and related bodies.
We’re Looking For:
- 5-10 years of experience in corporate and commercial banking
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Postgraduate studies/master’s degree
- Fluent English communication skills
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- User-level knowledge of RSI software
- Excellent skills in commitment, proactivity, teamwork, negotiation, customer acquisition, assertiveness, and communication

- Risk Assessment and Risk Management:
- Identification, assessment of financial, operational, compliance and strategic risks.
- Monitoring of internal controls to ensure that they adequately mitigate identified risks.
- Internal Controls Review:
- Verification of the effectiveness of internal controls implemented to safeguard the bank’s assets.
- Ensuring that processes and policies are properly followed.
- Identify weaknesses in controls and suggest improvements.
- Regulatory Compliance
- Ensuring that the bank complies with national and international regulations.
- Monitoring regulatory changes and assessing the impact on the bank’s operations.
- Financial Review:
- Verification of the accuracy and reliability of financial information.
- Fraud Prevention and Detection:
- Review of control systems to prevent and detect fraud.
- Investigation of fraud incidents.
- Reporting and Communication:
- Assist in the preparation of clear and concise reports on audit findings.
- Document findings and prepare preliminary reports.
We’re Looking For:
- 1 -3 years of experience in audit
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Fluent English communication skills
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- User-level knowledge of RSI software (desirable)
- Excellent skills in commitment, proactivity, teamwork, negotiation, customer acquisition, assertiveness, and communication
